Despite possible weather problems the event has great prizes for Best Picnic Lunch, Best Picnic Dish, Best Picnic Costumes, Best Picnic Presentation, Etc. Alternate indoor picnic site if Dr. Powers Park (2 miles north of 11th Street on Tracy Blvd is wet) is Hanger E-3 at TCY.
