The Balloon Stampede, September 20th - 23th, 2007, promises to strengthen our community as well as draw a diverse and new demographic to Davis County and Antelope Island. Ballooning is a fun and intriguing sport for participants and viewers alike, appealing to thousands.

Antelope Island promises to be a unique venue for all. Preliminary flights and visits by balloonists assure strong support from the balloonist community. The island, with its' many features, as well as mass media such as Ogden Publishing Corporation and Citadel Broadcasting Corporation, will all join to draw a large audience from not only Davis County but the entire intermountain region.
