Started in 2007 the festival we are a non-profit event in our 3rd year. Each year we select a charity to be the funds recipient. the first year CASA received $30,000, the 2nd year our proceeds of $48,000 went to the local Women’s Crisis Center. in our first year (our inaugural) we had 24 balloons and were hoping for 8-10 thousand visitors (we ended up with over 20,000!).
