This event started out as "Hot Air Hounds" part of the Frankenmuth Dog Bowl at River Place. In 2010 it was expanded to be the first ever Great Lakes Regional Hot Air Balloon Championship and Also the Michigan State Championship. 2011 will again be the Great Lakes Regionals! Enjoy approx. 40 balloons as they compeat for the Regionals Championship! Glows are on Saturday and Sunday night and flights are Friday-Monday! What a great way to start out summer!
