The Festival is a non-competitive fly out event featuring 15 hot air balloons and numerous other Festival activities such as, helicopter and tethered balloon rides, kids amusement rides, petting zoos, music and lots of “Fair” food vendors. Wert County Fair Board and Airport Authority are hosting the event at the Fair Grounds located at 1055 S. Washington St. Van Wert, Ohio, 45891.
