The Vernon Winter Carnival has been going since 1961 and for the past 22 years we have run the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. Our community loves these balloons and it is the signature visual that Winter Carnival has started!

In the North Okanagan of the Okanagan Valley, approximately 5 hour drive from Vancouver, BC.
