The TORRES INTERNATIONAL BALLOON FESTIVAL is the most important balloon event in South America with the participation of 60 balloons from all over the world. This is a friendly competiton with high prizes as a car for the key-grab and 10.000 USD for the ten top pilots. The event is organized by the AIR SHOW cia, and the district of TORRES.
Bruno Schwartz, the owner of the company organize the event since the first edition in 1989.
